Here's Hoping I Don't Get Sued

Today there's no list, no words of wisdom, just lyrics to a song I've been thinking about. That's Forever For Her (Is Over For Me) by yeah you knew it...The White Stripes. It was written by Jack White. It fits my mood, with the appropriate gender changes anyway. Make the changes yourself..and buy Get Behind Me Satan so Jack White doesn't sue me.

I blew it
And if I knew what to do, then I'd do it
But the point that I have, I'll get to it
And forever for her is over for me.
Forever, just a word that she said that means never
To be with another together
And with the weight of a feather it tore into me
Then I knew it
All the work that it took to get through it
On the wings of a feather that flew it
Fell onto my shoe it cut up into me

Well, everybody's reaction is changing you
But their love is only a fraction of what I can give to you
So, let's do it, just get on a plane and just do it
Like the birds and the bees and get to it
Just get out of town and forever be free
Forever, I wonder we could stay together
It could change if you want for the better
Just turn down my shirt and lay down next to me

I blew it
and if I knew what to do, then I'd do it
But the point that I have, I'll get to it
And forever for her is over for me
Forever, just the word that she said that means never
To be with another together
And with the weight of a feather it tore into me

Well, everybody's reaction is changing you
But their love is only a fraction of what I can give to you
So, let's do it, just get on a plane and just do it
Like the birds and the bees and get to it
Just get out of town and forever be free
Forever, I wonder we could stay together
It could change if you want for the better
Just tug at my shirt and lay down next to me.

This post is for me...no one else will understand it,except for the few people who don't read this and that's good. I'll give you guys something tomorrow.

that's it,
bye

Wow...Am I Lazy!

Ok, It's been awhile. Not sure if there's so much going on that I haven't had time to write or if there's so little going on that I didn't want to write. We'll go with a combo of both.
The job search is still going badly. I love to eat so this job thing had better hurry up.
I've been spending a lot of time on the Phantom game. Lots of fun. Now that I've gotten to know a lot of the people on there, I've realized that almost all of them are nice friendly people. There are only a handful that I would even consider thinking of giving my e-mail address to, and only a few that I would consider friends. One, I think will be a very close friend and that makes it worthwhile. He's a a great guy, and you all know all of my friends are male, so why should this be any different.
Hubby's ( ummmm I hate that, let's give him a fake name..... how about Gonzo!) mom seems to be doing a bit better, but it's the one step forward, two steps back thing. I've got a cool mother in law so I'm hoping for the best.
I've seen movies, most of them bad. Let's see.... The Island.... bad except for Steve Buscemi. Cry Wolf.... bad. The Exorcism of Emily Rose.... not bad, but not great either. The Skeleton Key... hard to rate..I hate Kate Hudson so much it taints any possible review. Cool end twist though. Must Love Dogs...typical Diane Lane chick flick.
I found a great candle site run by one of the Phantom people...the millisecond I get money, after food I know where I'm going.
I really have nothing to say, so we'll go to the list....

Books (or series) I can't Live Without
1. the Spenser Series by Robert B. Parker
2. the Eve Dallas Series by J.D. Robb
3. The Godfather by Mario Puzo
4. The Sicilian by Mario Puzo
5. The Green Mile by Stephen King
6. The Dirt by Motley Crue
7. If You Really Loved Me by Ann Rule
8. House Of Thunder by Dean Koontz
9. Take It Like A Man by Boy George
10. the Alex Delaware series by Jonathan Kellerman
11. The Night Stalker by Philip Carlo

that's it
